There are no limits on our service. You can send an unlimited number of messages per day. But we recommend you to familiarize yourself with the limits of Viber messenger.
Limits do not differ from the usual Viber limits.
The limits depend on the degree of trust of Viber to your number.
Length of one message: up to 4 096 characters.
Size of sent files: up to 128 MB.
Recommended Viber limits:
- The number is new - then blocking may occur already on the 5th message sent within a day.
- It is recommended to send no more than 20 new messages to contacts with whom there was no previous correspondence.
- If you have corresponded with a client before - and the client has replied to your message at least once - then there is no limit of sending to such clients. You can safely communicate with clients without fear of being blocked.
- If a client marks your message as spam - it can lead to blocking.
- E-chat service does not affect message limits - if your number was previously blocked by Viber, you should focus on the limits as a new number to avoid being blocked again.
- Using devices of blocked numbers - if your number on your phone was previously blocked, then changing your Viber number, the chance of getting blocked by the new number is much higher.
Our service does not affect the blocking of your number. The service works since 2020 with clients from more than 30 countries. Blocking may occur only due to unusual activity of your number for Viber. Do not exceed the correspondence initiation limits and do not send spam.
