What do I need to activate the number?

• The WhatsApp application with the number to be activated must be installed on your mobile device (to scan the QR code).

It will take 2 minutes to scan the QR code, so we recommend that you prepare your mobile phone with the WhatsApp application in advance

Activation of the number

• Log in to your Personal E-chat account
• In the upper left corner, click “Connect WhatsApp number”
• In the pop-up window, be sure to select the CRM with which you will integrate the number and enter the number to be connected in international format
• Prepare a mobile application and click “Generate QR”
• It takes up to 2 minutes to generate the code, but usually it takes 20 seconds - wait until the QR code is generated
• After the QR code appears, you can scan it and activate the number.
• A window will appear on the screen of your E-chat account to inform you that you have successfully activated the number.

After the number is activated, 7 days of the trial period will be automatically credited for the first number of each messenger, and 3 days for each subsequent number.

When actively using WhatsApp messenger, be careful with SPAM. To avoid blocking by the messenger.
