In order to remove a number from the main block of active numbers, just go to “Settings” - “Hide number” toggle it to On. The number will be moved to the “Hidden Numbers” block, messages to mail for this number will be disabled. Confidential data of the number will be kept according to the Privacy Policy.

In case you want us to remove this number completely from the E-chat service, you need to write to our technical support. 

Once the number is deleted through technical support, it is not possible to add this number to E-chat again.
