Step 1. Connecting WhatsApp to Remonline

1) You need to log in to your Remonline portal.

2) Go to Settings > Chats and click on the green “+ Channel” button.

3) After clicking, you will see an additional menu where you need to choose:

  • Resource - WhatsApp by E-chat
  • Channel name - come up with a name for your WhatsApp channel that you will use to communicate with customers.
  • API key - you can also find the API key for your number in your personal account on the E-chat website. In the integrations section, it will be listed in the appropriate column, next to the number you want to connect.
  • Phone number - enter the phone number you added in your personal account on the E-chat website. (the number must be active)
  • Access to the channel:
    All - all employees of the company will have access to the channel settings, provided that such access is allowed by the system;
    Selected - only selected employees will have access to the channel settings, provided that such access is allowed by the system;
    Owner - only the company owner will have access to the settings.

 4) After filling in all the fields, click on the button: “Create”.

Done. The integration has been successfully created.

Now you can communicate with customers directly in RemOnline.
