After the number is activated by scanning the QR code, our service gets access to the history of the correspondence. The loss of access to the correspondence by our service is called deactivation.
Reasons why deactivation may occur:
- Access to our service was closed in the WhatsApp mobile application (Settings - Account - Unlink account - Unlink account (near the device)).
In some cases, deactivation may appear regardless of the user's actions. However, the most common reasons are:
- Uninstalling the WhatsApp mobile application on the phone;
- Changing the number in the mobile application;
- Activation was performed from a device that has previously blocked other WhatsApp numbers;
- Activation was performed from a suspicious device, such as an Android emulator or from suspicious IP addresses;
Disconnecting the Internet or mobile device does not affect the deactivation of the number.
