Viber can partially or completely block sending messages.
90% of the reasons for blocking are too many dialog initiations, if there was no previous correspondence with the user. The limits depend on the degree of trust Viber has in your number. If your number is new, you may be blocked already on the 5th message sent within a day. It is recommended to send no more than 20 new messages to contacts with whom you have not corresponded before.
If you have corresponded with a client before and the client has replied to your message at least once, then there is no limit of sending to such clients. You can safely communicate with clients without fear of being blocked.
You should also pay attention to the fact that blocking can occur if users complain about your messages and mark them as spam.

To clarify the possibility of unblocking your number, we recommend you to write to Viber technical support. Do not mention in your request that you used the number for commercial purposes and used a third-party service, as it violates the user agreement and leads to lifetime blocking of the number.
